Para quebrar um pouco da monotonia...

Receita de: Iscas de bacalhau

Ingredientes

  • 200 g de bacalhau desfiado cru
  • 2 tomates sem pele e sem sementes picados
  • 1 cebola ralada
  • 3 colheres de sopa de azeite
  • 1 colher de salsa picada
  • 1 colher de coentro picado
  • 1 copo americano de leite
  • Sal e pimenta a gosto

Modo de Preparo

Refogue a cebola no azeite quente, junte o tomate os temperos e o bacalhau já demolhado por 30 minutos. Junte o leite, tampe a panela deixando em fogo brando por 10 minutos. Deixe esfriar.

Massa
3 ovos bem batidos
3 colheres de sopa de farinha de trigo
1 colher de sobremesa de fermento em pó

Modo de preparar:
Peneire a farinha de trigo com o fermento e misture os ovos batidos. Adicione o refogado e frite as colheradas em óleo quente até dourar.
